Vistry Services operates nationally to support the whole Group, including Vistry Housebuilding and Countryside Partnerships. We’re a special collective of central and expert teams who help make sure our Group is leading the way in the UK housing market.

What we do

We exist to empower our people to achieve their goals. We come together to build something brilliant. Our expertise covers Accounting & Finance, Group Commercial, Change Control, Strategic Land, Health & Safety and Group Facilities. We also take care of Company Secretariat, Compliance, Internal Audit & Risk, Customer Experience, Marketing, Graphics, Communications, IT, HR, Payroll and Learning & Development.
How we work

Our head office is in Bishop’s Cleeve, Cheltenham, but you’ll find us all around the UK thanks to the Group’s flexible hybrid working. We can request a working pattern that works for each of us individually. We’re collaborative, proactive, open and authentic – we see ourselves as community builders, so we always look for ways to improve. We embrace change and use our combined strengths and expertise to play our part in the Group’s success.
