Our Graduate ‘Pathways’ Programme

We’ve made building your property industry career as easy as possible. With four pathways – Construction, Commercial, Design & Technical and Real Estate – you’ll work rotationally around departments (from four weeks to four months), gaining knowledge, insight and experience that’ll influence your future career decisions. Starting and ending in the same department means you can reflect on departments and utilise your specialist knowledge as you move forward into your new career.

If you have a relevant and recent 2:2 Degree or above, or you are in your final year of your Degree our Graduate programme could be for you.

Please note we require the relevant right to work documents and are unable to offer sponsorship to students applying with a Graduate Visa.

What you need to join

You don’t need a degree in a property-related subject. Instead we ask that you hold any degree at 2:2 or above, and showcase authenticity, learnability and agility to fit right in.

  • Authenticity – Do you care about others, believe in inclusivity, act without judgement and see the value in being yourself?
  • Learnability – Do you embrace opportunities to learn, respect others’ opinions and appreciate the lessons in your mistakes?
  • Agility – Do you welcome change, recognise the different priorities of others and understand the importance of adaptability?

Your Application Process

If successfully shortlisted, we will invite you to an assessment centre followed by interviews, with an aim to make offers before Easter and keep in touch with you before you join us in October.
