We have an exciting opportunity for an operationally focussed Project Manager to lead on a large innovation project within the Vistry Group. Working alongside, and as part of the Vistry Works Construction team, the successful candidate will report directly into the Vistry Works Operations Director. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a groundbreaking project on numerous construction sites within the group. You will lead a core team of internal and external stakeholders from different disciplines, with an emphasis being placed on driving growth, demonstrating efficiencies across numerous areas, and the planning of the works to achieve this.

Working with the project team, you will drive and develop all aspects of the project, including technical and design, innovation, commercial, procurement, manufacture, planning, logistics and construction. You will create an ‘overall’ project plan, along with several ‘key’ strategic plans that support it. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project and will be expected to bring all members of the team ‘together’ to achieve the overall project goal.

You will be expected to formulate a detailed plan that shows the scalability of the project, with clear growth and efficiencies targeted and identified.

The successful candidate will be expected to prepare frequent reports for senior management within Vistry group, and present on the progress of the project as and when required.

The Project Manager will also be expected to help create and manage a business wide and training programme, which will be implemented across numerous departments.

We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working where possible. We encourage you to raise any specific requirements during the interview process so we can explore how this could be accommodated.
